Returns and Exchanges:

• We don't accept returns exchanges and cancellations. If you have problems in your order, please contact us.
• Please message us for a photo of your exact lantern before shipping to ensure satisfaction.
• Lantern damaged in the shipping: We make sure that we pack the Lantern the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage on shipping, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (within 2 days of delivery). We will first request photos of damages and the packing materials. Please keep all packaging materials so the lantern can be returned safely.

Care Instructions:

• Our Lanterns are not water proof and have electrical components that can be damaged by water. The lantern do come with a plastic covering but this does not completely seal the lantern. Because of this we recommend the lantern to be used indoors - although many of our customers use their lantern on their front porch and have no problems. You are welcome to remove the plastic if you want to keep your lantern inside but please know the plastic offers extra protection.
• After the festive holidays end, keep your Lantern back in the box. Keep it from hot humid places.
